Hot soba with duck breast, scallions, and bok choy. I followed Harumi Kurihara’s recipe, but added in some bok choy. Delicious, fast and simple dinner!

Given the before shot, I’m pretty happy with how this turned out.
I was skeptical of the thai basil combo, but it was in the garden and begging to be used. Nice astringency across the rest of the richness.
This is only half the tail (after some trimming). The rest was just dipped in drawn butter and devoured.
As God intended.
